1994
Our company was established in 1994 as a family business and was the first and the unique distributor of Orient watches all over Russia. For 10 years work with Orient only (from 1994 till 2004) the company has managed to create a wide distribution network with all region coverage.
2003
In 2003 our company has signed the distributor agreement with FOSSIL GROUP for distribution of FOSSIL, DKNY, DIESEL watches in Russia.
2016
In 2016 the company went through a deep rebranding process following an internal restructuration under the new name FORTUNA-TIME LLC.
2017
In September 2017 we became the distributors for two more watch brands from Fossil Group – MICHAEL KORS and EMPORIO ARMANI.
2018
In summer 2018 Fortuna Time has signed the distributor agreement with TIMEX GROUP for distribution of TIMEX, NAUTICA, SALVATORE FERRAGAMO, VERSACE and VERSUS Versace watches. In the same period, we added to our portfolio new brand QUANTUM and singed the distribution agreement with ARIKAN SAAT A Ş GROUP Turkey.
2020
In July 2020 we signed the distribution agreement with American company E GLUCK CORPORATION for distribution of Anne Klein watches and jewelry. In September 2020 we signed an additional contract with FOSSIL GROUP for Armani Exchange and Skagen watches distribution making us the only official distributor for Fossil Group brands in Russia.
2021
In April 2021 we added to our portfolio Bikkembergs jewelry. In August 2021 the company signed the agreement for Philipp Plein watches distribution.
2022
2022 has kicked of with signing of 7 more watch brands including US Polo Assn, Daniel Hechter, Jacques Philippe, Just Cavalli, Esprit, Welder and Wesse. As well as our first non watch, but a new leather segment with the Beverly Hills Polo Club brand.
